I've taken pictures since 1958 when I was 7 years old. So I've traveled with black-and-white film, then colour film, then slides and since 2001, digital technology.

I've always been surrounded by contemporary art, my parents loved art and much of what they collected is still with me.

In my work as peace and conflict researcher I have the privilege to travel a lot - former Yugoslavia, Iraq before the war, Burundi, Japan (where I often serve as visiting professor) and many other places on our troubled earth.

Here is my CV with a focus on my work for peace.

Images is a very important part of my life. With modern digital technology I got into homepage production & educational videos and photos for the websites.

Transferring photos to high quality papers is my latest exploration.

I have another photo homepage here with more and different pictures but on the net, not on paper.

I am available for work by commission and welcome art buyers to contact me with project proposals.

Me

I am a peace researcher with a keen interest in images. I don't claim to a professional photographer; I am self-taught.
